Advice improve brain dead

My eldest brother son is currently admitted to hospital and Doctor has declared that it is a brain dead case.
He felt down in swimming pool and taken out from there after 15-20 minutes.
Doctor says that since oxygen is not provided to Brain for 40mints brain is dead. His eye lips can't be open. He is in hospital since 29th Jun (for more than 6days).
Gurrently heart is working properly. Doctors says that lungs & kidney is started getting worse.
But they are trying to make it better by increasing the oxygen.
I would like to know what can be done in this case to improve his situation.
Kindly give advice what other thing can be done to make my eldest brothers son alive.
He is admitted in India and if necessary would like to transfer him in a better hospital wherever around the globe.
Hence kindly advice if something can be done to improve his situation.
